REACHING NEW HEIGHTS: JFUNK ON THE INSIDER WEEKLY

The title of this article, "Reaching New Heights" is not a shout out to the dancer featured on the next episode of The Insider Weekly, but rather it's a shout out from hip hop dance here in Australia. A good sign of progression in any sport, music, business, or even education, is when someone new comes along, redefines the norm, builds a reputation based on talent and even questions the system it learnt from. This demonstrates: passion, confidence, and commitment. Now what better way to get to know one of the dancers responsible for the progression of dance here in Australia, than to have him as our next guest. Critical Hype is proud to present Jfunk on The Insider Weekly.

Jfunk, dancing out of Chatswood High, is a young dancer specialising in popping and waving. A member of the international popping crew, G-Style, Jfunk has the experience of battling in many events, including 360, and has judged the popping battles of  the Encryption battles in Canberra. As he settles in after completing his HSC, JFunk aims to be one of the ambassadors of popping around the world.
